Feeling All Grown Up

It was our mission to finish going through all the exhibits in the museum. Did we achieve our goal? Sadly, no. But we did get to the areas we wanted to view (except for the room with the old short films, which was tucked away in a corner we never knew existed until this day). 

I did end up watching this short online, later that night. It was quite intriguing and made me wonder what Bunuel and Dali were like as people to have thought up such scenes and concepts.

My artsy friend and I felt quite classy and cultured that day, and continued to do so while perusing a book store. So many titles I covetted so badly. We continued feeling quite independent and grown up with real table-top dinner, and not the usual, greasy, fast food mess we typically go for. 

Despite the few times we are able to hang out, thank you for always making it a great time when we do. You were great company and I am so glad we are able to connect so well over the artsy stuff most people don't really understand. You just get my quirky taste in movies and art, which has made our friendship even stronger. Funny how we grow closer after high school, when we don't see each other everyday. Until next time!
